7:1 和合本 哀哉!我(或作:以色列)好像夏天的果子已被收盡,又像摘了葡萄所剩下的,沒有一掛可吃的;我心羨慕初熟的無花果。
KJV Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit.
ASV Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grape gleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat; my soul desireth the first-ripe fig.

BBE Sorrow is mine! for I am as when they have got in the summer fruits, like the last of the grapes: there is nothing for food, not even an early fig for my desire.

7:2 和合本 地上虔誠人滅盡;世間沒有正直人;各人埋伏,要殺人流血,都用網羅獵取弟兄。
KJV The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.

7:3 和合本 他們雙手作惡;君王徇情面,審判官要賄賂;位分大的吐出惡意,都彼此結聯行惡。
KJV That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
ASV Their hands are upon that which is evil to do it diligently; the prince asketh, and the judge `is ready' for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth the evil desire of his soul: thus they weave it together.
YLT On the evil `are' both hands to do `it' well, The prince is asking -- also the judge -- for recompence, And the great -- he is speaking the mischief of his soul, And they wrap it up.
BBE Their hands are made ready to do evil; the ruler makes requests for money, and the judge is looking for a reward; and the great man gives decisions at his pleasure, and the right is twisted.
WEB Their hands are on that which is evil to do it diligently.
7:4 和合本 他們最好的,不過是蒺藜;最正直的,不過是荊棘籬笆。你守望者說,降罰的日子已經來到。他們必擾亂不安。
KJV The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity.

BBE The best of them is like a waste plant, and their upright ones are like a wall of thorns. Sorrow! the day of their fate has come; now will trouble come on them.

7:5 和合本 不要倚賴鄰舍;不要信靠密友。要守住你的口;不要向你懷中的妻提說。
KJV Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
ASV Trust ye not in a neighbor; put ye not confidence in a friend; keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
YLT Believe not in a friend, trust not in a leader, From her who is lying in thy bosom keep the openings of thy mouth.
BBE Put no faith in a friend, do not let your hope be placed in a relation: keep watch on the doors of your mouth against her who is resting on your breast.

7:6 和合本 因為,兒子藐視父親;女兒抗拒母親;媳婦抗拒婆婆;人的仇敵就是自己家裡的人。
KJV For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.

7:7 和合本 至於我,我要仰望耶和華,要等候那救我的神;我的神必應允我。
KJV Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.
ASV But as for me, I will look unto Jehovah; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.
YLT And I -- in Jehovah I do watch, I do wait for the God of my salvation, Hear me doth my God.
BBE But as for me, I am looking to the Lord; I am waiting for the God of my salvation: the ears of my God will be open to me.

7:8 和合本 我的仇敵啊,不要向我誇耀。我雖跌倒,卻要起來;我雖坐在黑暗裡,耶和華卻作我的光。
KJV Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

7:9 和合本 我要忍受耶和華的惱怒;因我得罪了他,直等他為我辨屈,為我伸冤。他必領我到光明中;我必得見他的公義。
KJV I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.
ASV I will bear the indignation of Jehovah, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, `and' I shall behold his righteousness.

7:10 和合本 那時我的仇敵,就是曾對我說「耶和華你神在那裡」的,他一看見這事就被羞愧遮蓋。我必親眼見他遭報;他必被踐踏,如同街上的泥土。
KJV Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

BBE And my hater will see it and be covered with shame; she who said to me, Where is the Lord your God? my eyes will see their desire effected on her, now she will be crushed under foot like the dust of the streets.

7:11 和合本 以色列啊,日子必到,你的牆垣必重修;到那日,你的境界必開展(或作:命令必傳到遠方)。

7:12 和合本 當那日,人必從亞述,從埃及的城邑,從埃及到大河,從這海到那海,從這山到那山,都歸到你這裡。
KJV In that day also he shall come even to thee from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain.
ASV In that day shall they come unto thee from Assyria and the cities of Egypt, and from Egypt even to the River, and from sea to sea, and `from' mountain to mountain.
YLT That day -- even unto thee it doth come in, From Asshur and the cities of the fortress, And from the fortress even unto the river, And from sea to sea, and mount to mount.

7:13 和合本 然而,這地因居民的緣故,又因他們行事的結果,必然荒涼。

7:17 和合本 他們必舔土如蛇,又如土中腹行的物,戰戰兢兢地出他們的營寨。他們必戰懼投降耶和華,也必因我們的神而懼怕。
KJV They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee.
ASV They shall lick the dust like a serpent; like crawling things of the earth they shall come trembling out of their close places; they shall come with fear unto Jehovah our God, and shall be afraid because of thee.

7:18 和合本 神啊,有何神像你,赦免罪孽,饒恕你產業之餘民的罪過,不永遠懷怒,喜愛施恩?
KJV Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.
