※在提摩太後書二章24~25節中保羅說:「然而主的僕人不可爭競;只要溫溫和和地待眾人，善於教導，存心忍耐，用溫柔勸戒那抵擋的人，或者神給他們悔改的心，可以明白真道。」。
24 And the Lords servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, table to teach, patiently enduring evil, 25 correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth,

※弗四15惟用愛心說誠實話，凡事長進，連於元首基督，
15 Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ,

※箴言16章說:「嘴中的甜言，加增人的學問」(21節)，而「良言如同蜂房，使心覺甘甜，使骨得醫治」(24節)。
21; And sweetness of speech increases persuasiveness說服力.
24Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.(ESV)

粗野無禮的言詞從未在聖經中獲得寬容，即使說的人表達了真理，因此，說話的方式是表達對被輔導者尊重的重要管道，在與被輔導者談話，以及談論被輔導者時，我們都可以表達尊重。
In the Bible, crude and rude words are never tolerated, even if the person who speaks them expresses the truth. Therefore, speaking is an important channel for paying homage to the mentee. When we talk to mentees and when we talk about mentees, we can all pay homage.
