I check the Hebrew bible (Gen 4:6-7) that there is no such word "timshel". From the English transliteration, the root of the word should be חמשל which does not exist in Hebrew. The closest word in the verses is teshûqâh which means "desire". Can you tell us the Strong # of "timshel" on the verse?
