我從前與眾人同往，用歡呼稱讚的聲音領他們到神的殿裡，大家守節。我追想這些事，我的心極其悲傷。

我從前常常和群眾同去，與他們進到　神的殿裡，在歡呼和稱謝聲中，大家守節。每逢想起這些事，我的心就感到難過。

These things I remember as I pour out my soul: how I used to go to the house of God under the protection of the Mighty One with shouts of joy and praise among the festive throng.

When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.
